Delays & Issues
What if my package is delayed?
Delivery delays can happen due to traffic, weather, or high demand. If your package is delayed beyond the stated timeline, contact us via WhatsApp with your order number. We'll investigate and provide updates.
What if my package doesn't arrive?
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:
- 1. Check with your security guard or reception
- 2. Contact us within 24 hours
- 3. We'll trace the package with the rider
- 4. We'll send a replacement or refund if unresolved
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
- 1. Take photos of the damage and packaging
- 2. Contact us within 7 days with photos via WhatsApp
- 3. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost
- 4. Do not use a damaged product—packaging integrity matters
